audio converters

Hi there, please can someone suggest a good audio converter that will convert from and to a variety of formats except Switch. Thanks so much.

There's easy music converter, but I don't much like it. It works, but has its quirks of which the developer after 2 years has not addressed. It will say down and up and all of that and will not navigate the list view so you can add more files after you add some. Also it does not do folders, and does not do aiff files. It's on the mac app store
