Are there any accessible animation applications for the Mac?

I'm a blind teenager and I need help looking for a animation software that's conpatible with the Mac and VoiceOver. I'm interested in animation on computer and I want to make cartoons.

Hello, This is probably a pretty late reply, but I've been looking for something as well. I did stumble on this, and from the looks of it it seems to be VoiceOver accessible. although I haven't had a chance to check it out with an attached camera. It is a free and open sourced program. Here is the link.
