macOS and Mac Apps
Earlyer today I tried installing a couple of programs on to my mac from the internet. Whether this is because I use Google Chrome, not Safari, I don't know, but it's installed them as discs, not programs. I can open them fine, but there are 2 problems. 1 of the programs I don't need because it wasn't what I wanted, and I can't uninstall it. Obviously because it is a disc it has gone on my desktop as a volume, which I didn't want, and because it is a disc, there is no "move to trash" option.
I can eject it, but then it comes back after a while, and it's also not uninstalled this way and waisting space.
I looked around Google before posting this and found App Cleaner which I downloaded and turns out to be inaccessible, so I'm stuck with 2 programs I don't need and can't get rid of.
Can someone help?
Thanks.
