any audio and videorecorders that can record system audio as well?

Hi.
I want a free app, not a paid one, because I can't afford expensive apps that I want to do one simple task.
It should be as accessible as possible.
If it is an audio recorder, fine, I'll do podcasts on that.
if it's video recorder, even better, because I have a youtube channel, but I don't have software to record stuff.
