Not sure if this is a bug or if I am missing something. When I try to adjust the VO speech rate temporarily using VO Shift Command plus the arrow keys, the speech only takes on the new speed for some elements. For example, I tried to slow the speech down to read text on a web article, but the text was still read at the original speed. However, the rate did slow down for reading screen elements .
Am I missing something here?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
