Hello, I am attempting to add a new appointment to the Calendar program. When I press command+N for new, it only shows me two items - something about creating a quick appointment and it has a box filled in with movie at 7:00. How do I dismiss this and go straight to the window to set the time, date, subject, etc of my appointment? I was unable to find any other controls on this page. Thanks, Robert

Hi. I figured it out I think. I don't use the callendar but i decided to see what you meant. I think the subject is the movie on friday at seven box that comes up. Since I didn't have anything, I typed test followed by the return key. Then I voice over to the right, and interacted with the scroll area. That gave the edit fields like title, location, time etc. It also allowed me to specify if it was free or busy, and how i wanted to be alerted. Is that what you were looking for? Hope I helped.

What I do is this. 1. launch the calandar ap 2. navigate to the date of the appointment but dont' interact. 3. hit vo space and you will see when you interact tha there's a new appointment. 4. hit cmd e to edit all aspects of the appointment. Hth.
