SOmetimes, i need to do something on my mac, do not have sited assistance here and also when using be my eyes, the volunteer can not see the screen because the screen lite d does not allow the volunteer to see,
also, sometime, i should use mouse.
My question is that, can i find an app with volunteer that can use team viewer or any remote app to help?
SOmetimes, it is very very necessary for some issues.
ANy help will be highly appreciated.

What country are you in?
There's an app though I don't think it's gone beyond English pseaking countries just yet, called aira. You can make free five minute phone cals ro even text the volunteers and to my understanding they can remote into your coputer. I haven't used them in awhile. If this is not possible, I'm not sure how else i can help.
