Greetings,

It's Joseph here. I was wondering if anyone had any info on accessible MUD clients for the Mac oS operating system. I know there used to be one called 'mudder" in the mac app store, but sadly, that client has been discontinued and i haven't been able to find any others similar to that, or indeed at all. So I figured I'd post here and ask for assistance.

Kind Regards,

Joseph

I haven't found any MUD clients for MacOS directly, accessible or otherwise. It seems that Mac developers don't MUD these days. What I did do is run some of my old UNIX favorites like tintin++ in a terminal. It's not exactly what you're looking for, but it does at least work. These days I rarely play games, but when I do go on MUDs, I use MUDRammer on my iPad with a keyboard. Best combination I've ever had, actually. It would work on an iPhone too, I'm sure.

Yeah, I could never get tintin to work, sadly. And I have MudRammer myself. good client.

A little off topic note: I got MudRammer last night. There seems to be some issues with iPad Pro, but seems possible to use.
I'm looking for a MUD client myself that can run on Mac OS natively. I had Mudder as well. That one seemed to work good for what I was doing with it at the time. I did see some really old ones from at least 10 years ago, but most seemed to be developed with QT which is famous for not being as some say Voiceover friendly. There's always those for windows, but that's not the most desirable option really.
