I'm taking part in a Bible study with a good friend of mine and intend to use my Mac to keep notes of what we discuss. Are there any accessible Bible apps for Mac OS similar to the Life.Church Bible app for iOS?
I'm trying Eloquent, but I can't find many resources. There are few Bibles, and there are no interesting resources like the Interlinear Bible, which is the best thing to study in these times with so many interpretations. If you know of any app for Mac about the Bible, and that is accessible, please let me know! Thanks in advance.
This isn't an app, but here's a link to a ministry that will provide Biblical resources in an accessible format. They will provide multiple versions of the Bible as well as commentaries that are in an html format so you can open them with a web browser and navigate through them with all the standard reading commands and with embedded hyperlinks. It works great with screen readers in my experience and is the most accessible way to read the Bible on the computer that I've found. All you need to do is contact them and request whatever resources you want or you can request to receive their entire library and they'll send it all to you on a usb drive. Hope you find this helpful! http://www.optasiaministry.org/index.htm
