1-way mirroring of folders from Mac to NAS?

Hi all, I'm looking for an accessible way to mirror specific folders from my Mac to a NAS on the wireless network. This would be 1-way mirroring and I would want automatic deletion of files on the NAS which are no longer on the Mac. What would people recommend? Thanks.
