Logic pro x mixer window navigation with voice over

Hii,
I am a visual impaired Logic pro x user. I’d like to know if I can change the valume value of the mixer fader without interact with the track.
Since I don’t have a control surface I need to mix my songs quickly and change the volume of each tracks quickly without interacting every time with the track and move from a volume fader of a track to anotehrr.

In pro tools i can do that using flo tools and keyword maestro.
Is there a way to do the same with Logic?
