Is it possible to make zoom follow the text cursor?

When I type on my bluetooth keyboard, I have both VoiceOver and zoom turned on. I usually have full screen magnification focused on what I'm typing. However, the text cursor does not follow what I'm typing as I type it. Would it be possible to make the zoom magnification follow the cursor as I type? Also, just when I'm reading back what I type and the screen is zoomed in, I swipe down to read by letter or by word, but again the zoom does not follow the text cursor, so I can't see what I've typed as the zoom doesn't follow.
