I use Zoom to attend meetings hosted by others. Up until now, I haven’t hosted a meeting myself.

The Zoom app seems pretty accessible. The buttons to start and stop my video are clearly labeled as are those used to chat with other participants during the meeting.

This app is very effective and hassle-free to use. I can choose to record sessions, collaborate on projects, and share or annotate on one another's screens, all with one easy-to-use platform.

I use it to host meetings with my students and it works well. The only missing feature, I would suggest, is a raise hand button. This would enable you to raise your virtual hand to indicate that you wanted to say something, answer a question and suchlike. Online classroom apps such as Adobe Connect and Blackboard Collaborate have a raise hand button, and Collaborate allows the host to turn on a sound to indicate that someone's hand is raised. If Zoom had this, I reckon I'd be recommending that we use it for online classes like a shot as in all other respects it is far superior to anything else I have seen.
