Hello everyone,

I’m happy to share that Zerogram, my accessible Telegram client for iOS, is now available to download for free from the App Store.

After 62 updates and a great deal of polishing, Zerogram is ready for everyone to use. Accessibility has been a core focus throughout its development, and the app is completely free.

You can download Zerogram here:

I’d be very glad to hear your feedback after you try it.

I hope you enjoy using Zerogram!

I noticed in the beta Test Flight version of your app. I was not able to find the setting to toggle off automatic downloading of files/media etc. However, on Unigram for Windows and on the actual Telegram app for Android, such toggles can be found in the settings. I would like to be able to open a message/chat and not be bombarded with files, photos etc. automatically downloading to my iPad.

Thanks

Hi everyone and developer,
First of all, congratulations on the release of ZeroGram version 1.0! It is great to see a lightweight and accessible client being actively developed for the community.
I would like to submit a feature request regarding voice message playback. In version 1.0, playing a voice message only outputs audio through the speaker at full volume. It would be extremely helpful if ZeroGram could support automatic routing to the earpiece when the iPhone is raised to the ear (similar to the native Telegram, WhatsApp, or iOS Messages behavior).
For VoiceOver users and general privacy, being able to listen to incoming voice notes privately against the ear without needing headphones makes a huge difference in public spaces.
Thank you so much for your hard work on this client, and I hope this can be considered in an upcoming update!
