YouGig not working since I upgraded to version 1.01

Hi all, On Sunday I upgraded my YouGig app to version 1.01. Before this, the app was working fine and the accessability was really good. However, once upgraded to the new version, the app will not open at all. When I double tap on the app it just fails to open at all and I've tried it from the home page and also from the update page on the app store. I've even tried to switch off and on again. Has anyone else seen this problem? I'm using an iPhone 5s and IOS 7.1. Thank you, Steve.

Have you tried reinstalling the app.

Hi Isaac, I'm sorry that I didn't mention that in my first note but yes, I also tried that and the reinstalled version still wouldn't open. Steve
