wondering about the accessibility of online learning management systems such as schoology, canvas and Seesaw

iOS and iPadOS

Hi,

I am wondering if any of the LMS Learning Management Systems listed in the subject are accessible with Voiceover on an iOS device. I do not have accounts for these systems but work as a technology instructor and am getting questions from teachers, parents and students to see if they can do on an app what they are unable to do on the websites. Thanks for any help.

I use Canvas on the regular on Windows and Mac OS. I figure if it works there, it should work on a mobile phone. Headings and landmarks are your bestest friend in canvas.

I used Canvas a small bit in high school, and it worked for what I needed to do. Blackboard, another system, is fine, but it could be better. BrightSpace, which my university uses now, seems even more accessible than Blackboard, although I can't attest for that on iOS.
For stuff like this, I'd seriously recommend buying a computer. Things like this work way better on desktop, and you can get through a lot of content much quicker.

I am using these as a teacher on the teacher side of things. I've used classroom as both teacher and student and it's pretty accessible. Seesaw though is not. Many buttons are not labeled. I had to relabel them. But even then, it's difficult to use. Several areas are not showing up with voiceover even though they are on the screen I've contacted seesaw support but no real response. Any help is apreciated.
