I'd strongly suggest, those looking at the iPad Air, look for deals on the M2 in the coming weeks. The M3 update is an obvious iteration, but adds nothing to the device for us or, I'd say, anyone else. Raid tracing may be good for graphics, but, a more powerful chip in the iPad is kinda pointless. Even with an M1, it's got a ridiculous amount of headroom. The previous three versions of the Air are compatible with the new magic keyboard too, so no loss there though, reports have said the new magic keyboard for the iPad pro has stability issues, so might be worth holding off for reviews on the new magic keyboard for the Ipad air to see if they've fixed them.
Likewise, with the base iPad, if you can find the 10th gen cheaper, go for that. You lose nothing as AI isn't coming to it anyway.
Just my thoughts. I've just splurged on a Brailliant BI20X, so I'm not in the market for anything for the next 342 years.
