Now that we have been given the green light to discuss the IOS 13.1 beta, could some people who are running the 13.1 beta tell us which bugs are resolved in 13.1? I am waiting on 13.1 and, though I am excited about some of the new features in IOS 13, if a lot of these bugs remain in 13.1 then I will just stick with IOS 12 for now.

Hi,
After playing around with the final release of iOS 13.1 (beta 4) there appears to be no new bugs that I'm aware of. mostly all of them have been resolved, however, if anyone is discovering any of them throughout the exploration, email accessibility@apple.com with your bug report in a polite way, and they will resolve them as quickly as they can.

Hi, As I mentioned in another thread, On my iPhone Xr, apps such as the paid version of Nearby Explorer, Envision AI, and LastPass crash immediately upon launch. I know that I'm not the only one experiencing this and despite my having reported this issue via Apple's Feedback app with every single update of IOS 13.1, this is still happening. Unless Apple issues a fix right before or with the final version of IOS13.1, I would not recommend installing this update if you depend on any of these apps.

In 13.1, have the volume bugs been resolved, in particular the one concerning using AirPods with VoiceOver?

Here is a couple:
Show context menu will no longer appear in places where it is unavailable.
Line navigation should now work as expected.
Characters should now be the default rotor option rather than show context menu.

Can anyone confirm if the new Siri voices based on neural networks are able to be used with VoiceOver? Also do the new Indian English Siri voices work when being used with VoiceOver as well as Siri now? I reported this to Apple yesterday, so hopefully if it's not fixed in 13.1 it will be soon after.

Have you tried removing and reinstalling those apps that are crashing upon launch? My wife, running iOS 12.4.1 on her iPad experienced this problem the other day with the CBS All Access app. Removing the app from the task switcher and restarting her iPad did not fix the problem, but she uninstalled and reinstalled the app and all is well now.

I've been holding out and hoping for a fix especially with Nearby Explorer since I don't want to lose my many favorite locations. This happened before the recent update that gives us the option to export them to the free online version. If no fix comes soon, I may try removing and reinstalling the other apps.

Yeah, it has been mentioned all through various servers and articles that it's advisable to reinstall your apps after updating to 13 if problems occur. This has been going on ever since the betas. It might have something to do with the new packaging method they use for the app binaries in order to make them smaller and run faster.
