What's happened to the Paragraph option in the IOS Voiceover rotor?

I can remember using the Paragraph rotor option a few years ago but I can't find now. Is it still available? I've tried to add it into my rotor options but can't find it.

It is under text selection.

There has been no option to navigate through paragraph in the rotor. Even if you assign one with a keyboard shortcut it won’t work well.
