We have alex as most human voice, but I want more voices that are sound like a human. in woman's form. like if someone send us happy messages, the text to speech can exprace that imotion, and more.
We already have most (or all) of the Vocalizer voices.

Yes, I agree on that Apple needs to add more voices that are human-sounding, like Alex is, to iOS. I personally enjoy using Alex's voice, especially because it works SOOOO well when I just wanna read my emails and correspondences and he can read fluently and proficiently. He breathes and everything. The only thing I don't like is he doesn't use inflection or expressions that well.
I would like them to add more voices that could:
Have a human-sounding breath, as Alex does.
Read punctuation with inflection and expression, such as the ETI eloquence voices can in Windows screen readers such as when an exclamation mark (!) is detected.
They should add preferably a friendly, young, awesome female voice with these capabilities...
One major advance that Apple could make in terms of accessibility is the ability for the user to have custom scripts run for specific apps as we do with screen readers on Windows computers.
Yes, apps running under iOS are very accedssible with VoiceOver. However, as these devices become more powerful and can often supplant our PC's, it is important that blind individuals have the ability to work efficiently and productively as possible when running iOS applications. Our sighted colleagues don't have to swipe a thousand times to find what they want on the screen and we should be able to customize our experience with either gestures and/or a bluetooth keyboard so that we can easily and quickly perform tasks too.
Just because a system is "accessible" does not mean that it is "useable" or productive. Just because we can "see" information on the screen, navigate to it, and activate elements in the UI doesn't mean that it is as efficient for us as it is for sighted users. In order to have parity with our sighted counterparts we need the ability to be able to customize the experience for our particular work flow requirements. This is currently possible on PC's but not on iOS devices. Thus, my wish for 2019 is for Apple to start developing a scritping language and utilities that would enhance our accessibility to these devices as they become more powerful.
I like Ava enhanced! If you want to female voice it sounds human, I would use Ava and Hanst! Might take up a bit more space on your iPad or other device, but well worth it! At least in my Pinyan! W
I'd like a quick way to record the screen and audio from Voiceover so that when there are accessibility problems with an app, I have something concrete to send to developers, many of whom are so uneducated that they'll ask for regular screenshots. I also would like there to be a way for apps to be controlled by trusted sighted people if they are inaccessible.
it is already possible to record video from the display. You need to go into Settings / Control Panel and add a button for doing a screen recording.

it is very true. they must add more human voices. Siri is good, but not closest to a sexy woman's voice(hahaha! just playing) but they should add imotions of laffing, crying, and a lesson. for example, if two people are arguing about somethink, so it wood read texes like they are talking in real.

While is nice that apple came out with shortcuts for siri, she still has issues. Alexa and google still better. Apple needs to focus on making siri better or just give up and allow us to use alexa or google instead.
I am generally quite happy with Siri, although there can always be improvements. I do have an Amazon Echo and find that Siri usually gives much better feedback than Alexa.
In any case, yes, it would be nice if Apple would open up their system so that we could easily use any of these services that we wished. Choice is a good thing!

Unless things have changed lately, I don't see a way to record Voiceover audio when doing a screen recording.

Human Voices
Yes that would be nice. Femail Siri sounds nice as Siri but not particulary for voiceover.
