Well it looks like iOS 15.7.3 isn’t protected against the iOS 16.4 focus jumping to the top problem😒😒

I’m using Siri voice for American. Literally like a minute ago VoiceOver jump to the top of the screen as I was reading a post. Imagine my surprise

This is never happened to me before
My iPhone 7 had the focus issue in the photos app with iOS 15+. Made photos almost unusable. I haven't been using that phone, so I stop being aggravated over it, and I don't remember if it affected any other apps.
