Weather and Stock Notification bug in iOS 7.

I've posted this to a general forum discussion but I believe it is a bug and so I want it to be listed with all the others for iOS7. In the notification center I do see the titles for weather and stocks. But they are listed together in one title and they are links which are grayed out according to my sighted friend. Double tapping does nothing to open them. Several users have offered solutions in the forum, none of which worked. this was never a problem with previous iOS versins. I have done nothing to cause this problem. It does not effect all users but several are also having this problem. I have rebooted the phone, I havde made sure weather and stock notification are on in the notification center. I've changed nothing from iOS 6 to iOS 7.
