Dark Sky has now been removed from the app store. I am looking for a fully featured, voice-over accessible weather app that provides alerts to weather events. The best that I had used in the past was "NOAA Weather". It is also gone. It had the largest number of weather alerts to choose from. I do not want a subscription app. Currently, I use Weather Gods, but I want far more alerts to choose from. Suggestions are appreciated.

I know you don't want this but
Hi there. I know you said in your post that you want more weather alerts than weather gods can give you. Sadly though, I think weather gods is going to be the best app you can use for weather alerts. I find it gives all the vital weather information, like watches and warnings.
WG
Now WG will give you widget for the lock screen. Beta tested. Nice.
weather gods is the best
WG is the best hands down. I would highly recommend it!!!
what's the point?
3 responses suggest an app that I already have, as stated in the initial post. This is not helpful. Reread, and you will see that I am looking for a different app. I don't need suggestions to try an app that I already have, or am I missing something? Let me try it another way: What app, that I did not initially state that I have, will meet my needs? Thanks.
Carrot Weather
Hi,
Have you looked at Carrot Weather?
What about the native weather app? It's available on the iphone, ipad, mac, & Apple Watch.
Since Apple made it, it's fully accessible with Voiceover & can send you notifications for severe weather.
Note: Not all locations support this. I believe there's also a limit of 50 places.
what's the point
first the fact that an app you have has been suggested several times means it is good and should meet your needs. Second getting snarky and saying what's the point isn't likely to get you responses. Happy new year.
WG
Also you may not be aware that WG will have home widgets so if you using iOS 16.2 now you can get the weather updated in your home screen.
How about local news apps
I lived in Boston, now Florida. I have two aps for Boston news on account of family live there and I like knowing what's going on. surprisingly, both apps, which also use my location also inform me of lightning and rain. Also Apple has purchased Dark sky and used some of it's features in the native weather app. There was another one i used awhile back, I think it was weather technologies or something. You had to buy yearly lightning subscriptions which I was not a fan of. You might want to check your local news apps to see if notifications will include weather alerts. good luck.
being rude will get you nowhere
As pointed out by another person on here, being rude will get you nowhere. I know people suggested an app you already have and don't want, but this app is the best when it comes to weather information and gives alerts. Your last remark was completely rude and uncalled for when all people were trying to do is help you out.
