The volume of Westminster Chimes sounds very low when it gives the time

Hi friends,
Since yesterday when Westminster Chimes began to sound very low when it gives the time, I veryfied all the settings and they are OK, do you have any suggestions to solve this problem because, for instance, if I have my Iphone in my pocket I can't hear the time sound.

What app are you using? The reason I ask; there are Westminster Chimes built into the VAL App. Thanks.

I' don't understand very well what yu mean, this app is installed on my Iphone but it seams that the volume works properly again.
