I'm the developer of VoiceTag, an app that records a voice message and links it to a physical object through an NFC tag. You hold your phone near the tag and the message plays. I use it to label things around the house.
Version 1.4.0 is on the App Store. Here is what actually changed.
Fixed: button labels became unreadably small in some languages. The large buttons fitted their label onto a single line, shrinking the text as far as needed. VoiceOver was unaffected, since it reads the full string whatever its size. But for low-vision users reading the screen, German and Greek labels could shrink to the point of being useless — for exactly the people the app is meant to serve. Labels now wrap to two lines and stop shrinking below a floor.
Fixed: untranslated strings, including the iOS NFC scanning sheet, which stayed in English regardless of the app's language.
Fixed: the Places tab stole focus when opened, and its wording read like a shop rather than a list.
Fixed: the subscription screen appeared on every launch when no subscription was active, without regard for remaining free memos. It no longer does.
Fixed: Greek was missing from the App Store listing. The app had been fully translated into Greek for months, but a configuration file failed to declare it, so the listing showed English only. Greek speakers had no way of knowing the app spoke their language.
New: first-run onboarding has been rewritten, and a section in Settings now explains what the app can do.
New: four languages — Dutch, Japanese, Polish and Portuguese — bringing the listing to ten.
New: a proper app icon, drawn by a designer from the existing brand colours. The interface itself is unchanged.
About pricing, since it should be said upfront: three free memos to try it, then an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

If something is still awkward with VoiceOver or at a large text size, I would genuinely rather hear it than not. Several of the fixes above came from that kind of report.
