I have an iPhone 13 mini using IOS 26.2. The problem I have is this. When I connect to any interactive voice response system, voice over becomes inconsistant. I can sometimes swipe to the digits to enter them at other times, I lose speech and can do nothing with the phone. The only way to get speech back is to disconnect the call or sometimes, if I take the phone away from my face and move it around, I get speech back. It is really hard to say what will bring speech back.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this an iPhone 13 problem or is it user error?
