VoiceOver for iOS (12.4) vs Mac (High Sierra)

I wonder if someone can help me?

If I connect an Apple Magic Keyboard to my iPad (which is running iOS 12.4) are the keyboard shortcuts that control VoiceOver and some of the biggest apps (such as Safari, Pages, Word) the same as those that I would use on my Mac (running High Sierra)?

yes, most of the commands are the same. The only real difference is on iOS you don't have to interact and stop interacting with objects.
