Voiceover and Bluetooth speakers

Hi, I am using iOS 26.4 with an iPhone 16 Pro. When I connect it to a Bluetooth speaker, I noticed that VoiceOver triples and volume through the iPhone speaker if I enter an edit field. It doesn’t happen all the time, but about 98% of the time, it will
has this happened to anybody else? I have reported it to Apple Accessibility, and sent them an audio recording.
