voice over questions

Hello, I'm using an iPhone 4S running iOS 6.1. I've noticed a few bugs with voice over, and I was wondering if anyone knows how to get around them. 1. When on a call, the VO volume is very low, so I cannot hear which numbers I am pressing when trying to use an automated menu system. 2. When I receive a picture in an iMessage, after double-tapping on the picture, VO doesn't let me do anything until I close the messaging app from within the app switcher. 3. Sometimes, when replying to an email, VO doesn't read the keyboard. It doesn't read anything on the bottom half of the screen in the message body field until I reboot the phone. Hi Mike. 1. I'm surprised you are having problems with pictures in messages. As far as I know, and certainly for me, this was resolved in the new 6.1 update. Now when you open the picture, you should find a Back button in the usual position in the top left of the screen. Flick right twice to get to the Action button. Hope that works for you. 2. We all have the VO volume problem on calls it seems. Personally I find it a bit better with earphones plugged in, though not sure if this is everyone's experience. 3. I just noticed the problem with the bottom of the screen and on-screen keyboard for the first time today, when I was trying to send a text message. I haven't been able to reproduce it yet, it's only happened once so far. I didn't have to re-boot though, I just closed the app completely (including from the app switcher) and whwen I opened it again it was fine. Good luck. Dave

Sadly, you are not alone on this problem. We were hoping it would have been resolved in the new IOS 6.1 release. At this point I do not have any solution for this. Sorry that we don't have any solution for you on this problem.

Definitely helps to use headphones when making calls. You can touch the number pad and clearly hear the numbers.
