Iphone 13 pro max here with Ios 17.03,
after upgrading to IOs17, Voce over stopped reading notifications, so, when i got a new notification, i can only here the notification sound, but VOice over do not tell me what is this?
even when my screen is unlocked, so, i should touch the screen and go to the top to see what's happened.
is there a solution for this?

check verbosity settings
Hello.
If you go to your voiceover settings then to verbosity, you'll see an area for system notifications. To fix the specific issue you're experiencing, you'll want to go to where it says "banner notifications" and set that to speak. Voiceover should then behave as before.
