Hello! I have got a really serious problem with my voicedream library and iCloud synchranisation. I turned it on last night. Than i could read any books, articles and student's books without any issues. Then after a while ago i wanted to read a book. When i opened a voice dream reader's app i noticed that all books were unavailable for reading because there was a message near each of the book syncing with cloud. I waited for a day but nothing happened. I tryed to turn off this function in voicedream settings but it didn't help. There was an error message like "cannot synchranise your library because some process is running. Please try again later". I tryed to turn and off lots of times but it didn't help. Than i checked the iCloud settings on my phone and turned off voicedream there. But nothing happened! I still can't have access to my books! Reinstalling the app helped for a while but now this problem is still apears! How can i return my library? What should i do? Forgot to say that i don't have any problems with my internet connection and it's stable. I use iPhone 5S iOs 11.2.6 and the last version of voice dream reader. Any help would be opriciated! Thanx!

Same here, my book list stays in sync state and nothing is evolving. I have tried on my iphone and on my ipad but the result is the same.

Will an update fix this ?

This problem has been fixed by updating my iphone to the last version of iOS (11.3). The iphone was the master of synchronisation, containing all the medias to put on icloud.

This issue has not been resolved. I want to read my books but can’t because it still says that the books are unavailable that it is syncing with iCloud even when I turn iCloud thing off. This is quite frustrating and annoying!

I copied several PDF and TXT docs to the iCloud / Reader / Loader folder on my Windows 10 PC. Note: These PDF documents are text not images!

They seem to start syncing with the Voice Dream Reader app but, even after waiting for hours, each one says "Unavailable".

The TXT documents (which I saved as TXT from the original PDF files) say how much time is in each document but they can't be opened.

Also, each file says "0 seconds of 0 seconds left to download".

Any suggestions? I don't think there has been an update to the Voice Dream Reader app in some time. I wonder if something needs to be done to make this work with iOS 14.3.

I did successfully manage to transfer some MP3 files about a month ago using the same technique. Don't know what is wrong now.

Thanks for any help. I did send a note to the developer. Let's see if I hear back.
