VO annoyances

I have an iPhone 12 Pro and an iPad Pro 11-inch, 2nd gen, both of which I've recently updated to 18.0.1. I've been coping with certain VO annoyances for several releases, none of which have been resolved by iOs/iPadOS 18. Are you experiencing these? If so, I'll try to submit formal bug reports.

1. In Safari, if you enter text in a web form's text field and swipe right to the next form control, VO focus sometimes jumps back to the text field.

2. In Mail (and possibly elsewhere), if you dictate text, a second copy of a portion of the text may be inserted as well.

3. In Mail (and possibly elsewhere), if you dictate text and then check the results character by character, some word pairs (especially names?) seem not to have an intervening space. If you then insert the needed space, you find that the original was there after all, and now you have two spaces.
4. If a text field or table cell contains a single character, VO sometimes seems to interpret the character as an image, and gives an odd description of it, such as "outdoor", "diagram", "games", or even "celestial body other moon night sky".

5. When powering down my iPhone, VO disconnects my Bluetooth headset before announcing "Double tap to power off" so everyone around me can hear it.

6. In Find My, how do you find the battery level of an AirTag?

7. In Mail, while reading a received email with the VO rotor set to Characters, Words, or Lines, if you tap elsewhere in the message body, the rotor switches to the Trash action. Maybe due to the "Change rotor with item" setting, but how is that useful in the message body?

8. If you invoke the Item Chooser, there's no obvious way to dismiss it. No Cancel, but two-finger scrub works.

9. And new to iOS 18, if I dictate additional text in the middle of existing text, and then read the text word by word with the VO rotor set to Words, VO says "space" prior to the first newly dictated word.
