So apple pay just made it to guatemala, and I added my card from guatemala. While I already know how to use apple pay, as I've a card from the US I use on occation... How do I do this with two cards? I have my card from guatemala as my default card, so say, as an example i'm going to pay for something. I double click my side button, my phone says face id. However, it in this order, my card from guatemala, then the face id prompt next, and then my US card after the face ID prompt. Like this,
Card gt, face ID, card US.
That's the layout. My question now is, if I where to conferm with my face, my guess is that the card, in this example, card gt, which is before the, face ID, would be charged? I'm asking as if I choose the wrong card by mistake... that could be really, really bad. And if I wanted to pay with my US card, to my understanding, if I double tap on the card US, it reverses it, so now it would look like,
Card US, face ID, card gt
in that case, if the card US is before the face id prompt, am I correct in assuming this card would be the one charged when I wanted to switch cards?
Is this how it works? By the way i'm not talking about switching my default card, I mean if I just want to do a quick switch to pay once with say, my us card. Thanks for any help.

When faceID recognizes you,…
When faceID recognizes you, on the top of the screen you have the card that will be used. Try double tapping the button and touch the top screen, that show you the default carf:
Below the card there is a sentence telling you to hold the phone to the card reader, and below that I have pile of other cards. To quick switch I tap the pile, select another card and raceID comes up again
First select card
FaceID will only start once you double-click the side button (that's intentional). So select the card first, by double-tapping it.
Less known, but handy: if you are prompted to pay on a Mac, find the card chooser and select the card from there, and it will prompt the device that holds the card selected. It's not intuitive and I was very frustrated by that, until I knew to look. I have multiple devices with cards on, but you have to choose card to choose device.
