iOS and iPadOS

Am one of many blind persons that purchased THe voice dream reader, and was using it to read all my books, but now, the price is very high for me.
one of the things that i like there is that i can use acapella voices to read my books, because am an acapella fan,
so, is there a payed or free app that uses acapella voices to read books?
THanks in advance for any suggestions

Hi,

I'm facing the "same issue": I currently still use VoiceDream Reader for this, but I'd love to have an alternative. More than that, I'd love to have it available as a TTS on iOS, directly usable by VoiceOver and other apps like eSpeak does.

I contacted Acapela regarding this a few weeks ago to inquire about SDK pricing, and royalty fees should I want to develop such things for iOS and MacOS, without any answer from them so far.

If I'm getting a reply from them, be sure I'll post some news here. Fingers crossed!

If you use virtualisation there might be a chance you can get NVDA read your books in Acapela voices.
