Hey all!
I am wanting to send a podcast series about games and other things and have been told to upload it to iTunes but I honestly do not know how to do this.
This is perhaps a little more involved than your post suggests that you realize.
You do not “upload” your podcasts to iTunes.
The files need to be hosted elsewhere.
There are dedicated podcast hosting services available )both paid and free) which will make things easier for you, particularly in regard to the next step, which is to create an RSS feed for your podcast. It is the address of this feed that you actually submit to iTunes. For it to work and be accepted by iTunes, the feed has to be formatted in a certain way and include specific information about your podcast. This is another reason to go with a dedicated podcast hosting service rather than a regular web hosting service, as they should have a mechanism in place to make this process fairly straightforward.
