Well, after updating to iOS 13.1 same problems for me. VoiceOver will not go to Bluetooth speaker, and even more annoying, irratic volume on voiceover in phone speaker when connected to bluetooth. Very soft to very very loud. Also, media destination although highlighted in VoiceOver settings/rotor is not showing up. Well, at least it's no worse than before but I won't update my IPad until these issues are resolved. Tried EMailing accessibility at Apple, no response, so don't know if the EMail went in the computer's circular trash bin or not. Oh well, thanks for letting me vlow off a little frustration. Was really hoping the bluetooth thing would be fixed.

Yeah, same for me too. I had invisible dollar signs appear everywhere in iOS 13.0, but that issue hasn't been resolved yet. Emailed apple accessibility, a few minutes ago, so we'll see where that goes.

Still getting the time at the end of a news notification. This is a pain. I suppose this will not be fix until iOS 14 next year. This is the worse iOS ever. I never had issues with bugs until unlucky 13.
