Hi all. I check frequently for updates, I've never seen this. Instagram was the only update, so after checking what's new i clicked update, not update all. Now, the app store says i have one update available, the update all butoon is dimmed, and instagram is able to be opened from the open button. Has anyone seen this and is there a way to fix it? I'm running latest ios and iPhone 5. I had to reboot the phone, thanks bluetooth issues, and I thought that might help, saddly nope. Is there anyone who can help? Thanks.

In my experience, such glitches as you describe are due to miscues between the Apple servers and your iDevice. Wait an hour or two or three or four or ... and I'll bet you a cup of jo that the discrepancy disappears.
Incidentally, I seldom use Update All as I prefer to watch each app update. I also disable automatic updates.
