unable to use IMessage and facetime on IPhone 14plus.

Hello everyone. Subject line pretty much sums it up. For the last 3 to 4 days, I've been having trouble signing into IMessage and facetime. The message I'm getting is, Activation unsuccessful.
Turn on iMessage to try again. So I've restored both of my phones, tried turning them off and back on again. Still nothing. Can someone please give me some clear instruction, before I loose my s**t. I'm going crazy trying to fix it. If anyone can help asap, I'd really appreciate it. I get the same message from facetime as well. Thanks again for any help

No need to frustrate yourself; this sounds much more like Apple's problem than yours. I'd be calling them, especially if your device is in warranty. I can't think of anything that would fix it on your end that you haven't already done.

When you restored your phone, did you restore from a backup or set it up as new? If you restored from a backup, you could try resetting network settings by going to Settings > General > Transfer or reset iPhone > Reset > Reset network settings. Note that after you do this, all previously remembered networks will be forgotten.

Also, have you tried signing out of and back into iMessage and FaceTime on both Wi-Fi and cellular? If it doesn't work on a specific Wi-Fi network, that could point to a problem with that network, which could help focus further investigation and troubleshooting of the problem by you or Apple.
