This seems only to affect automated tweets from applevis. I'm using the twitter app on my iPhone SE with iOS 15.0. I have the link verbosity set to the click sound in VoiceOver. I seem to be able to follow all other links in tweets but links in automated applevis tweets don't open. I hear the click, the word link and then part of the link address. Double tapping has no effect. I only hear the word link spoken by VoiceOver in the context of the twitter app. Links seem to be working as expected in other contexts. Any thoughts? Similar issues?

Looking like a Twitter app issue here
I just checked and saw the same. However, using “Link” from the VoiceoVer rotor's Action menu opened the links just fine. Everything also works as expected in a couple other Twitter apps I use. So, looks like something screwy with the Twitter app to me.
