ios 15.2.x public release, iPhone 12 pro.
- go to the app library
- search for an app using the search bar at the top of the page.
- highlight the app.
- try and do your secondary action gesture, in my case it's a quad one finger tap.
No actions appear. I have to go to the folder in question, find the app and then I can swipe up and down to edit and drag, or do my secondary action tap. I did I believe report this to apple some time last year but it has not been fixed. Can anyone reproduce, and is there a work around?

Switching to actions rotor
I am able to switch the rotor to Actions and then flickdown to find the Drag option. However other actions are missing, like Delete. Seems no way to delete an app by searching it in the App library.
I don't have an actions…
I don't have an actions settin gin my rotor when I search for an app in the library. I never have actually. and this is both on my 10 r and my 12 pro. I've noticed this since iOs 14 or so.
I notice
If you use the search and it goes in alphabetic order, you can not move it.
yep mine goes in ABC order…
yep mine goes in ABC order when I search. I did report this I think in iOs 14. is there a work around for this that you know of?
apps
When I am looking for an app to move, I go to library and search. I do not use the search feature. Just keep looking for it. This is the only way I can move it. Works with iOS 15. I think should work with iOS 15.1.1 also.
Ok, I kind of got it to work…
Ok, I kind of got it to work, but there is no edit action where I can if I wanted to uninstall the app. I show this in a screen recording which I will not link here.
