Unable to agree to uber eats new ula and privacy statement

Hi,
I got some Uber eats gift cards for Christmas. I successfully put them into the app. But when I was going to order food, it was making me agree to their new privacy statement, as I hadn't used uber or uber eats in a while. It said "by checking the box, you agree to this and that, blah blah blah. Problem is, I didn't see the checkbox, even after having painstakingly scrolled through the pages of boilerplate that they call the privacy statement and ula. Any idea how to get this checkbox to show up with voiceover? Preferably when I'm not hangry and roadrageous trying to place an order?
