Hi I haven't used the uber app in a while,
since I have read here that the options to contact the driver split payment cancel rides etc have not been accessible.
I use that function all the time when I use to request uber.
I have asked uber customer service if it has been fixed but I was told it was submitted to there app devepers for fixing.
I believe they don't know the answer.
I was using lyft but now I don't know about that.

You're absolutely right in saying that contact driver is a very useful feature period I also use it all the time. In my usage, I have realised, that it is largely accessible. And I didn't really have two go around poking my fingers you're in there.

Yup, it's been fixed, actually it was fixed a couple of updates ago. it didn't take too long before they pushed out an update to fix the issue. Uber is awesome!
