I wanted to type on my iPhone using a physical keyboard, but don't typically carry a bluetooth keyboard around. So I made an app that makes a Windows 11 laptop appear as a bluetooth keyboard to iOS.
The first time, you'll have to pair the app as though it was a bluetooth keyboard. After that, just press the button, and keys will be sent to your mobile device until you press escape.

remoboard can be used as well.
Cool. I use remoboard for that reason, it's not bluetooth but it works almost the same way. Give it a try. you basically connect ot it using wifi and you can choose from 2 modes.
