I have two questions. First, I'm not getting any sound out of the speaker from my phone except when Siri is active. Second, is there any way to reduce the video quality in the standard video recorder? Thanks.
Firstly, try flicking around and pressing the volume up button at the same time. Siri's volume is different to the system volume.
And secondly, No, I don't think it can.
