Tweaks to Weather Gods Notifications

Hi All,

I've made some tweaks to the notifications tonight / today.

Frost

Our algorithm has been tweaked, so hopefully more accurate

Rain

You should get notifications about rain possibility in addition to the others

Snow and Sleet

You should get notifications about sleet / snow possibility in addition to the others

I'm hoping the changes wont lead to over warning and would love to hear your feedback, positive or otherwise on the changes please.

The frost changes will also be applied to the app in our 1.6 release - the next one after 1.5.3 which is just waiting for Apple to approve.
