Transferring files from iPhone to PC without using iTunes

Hi everyone! Is there a sane way to transfer files, both text and or audio, from an iPhone 8 to a PC without having to use iTunes? I do subscribe to Apple Music if that makes a difference.
As far as I know, you can only transfer files from apps that support cloud storage. This does not include the Music app or apps like the Audible app. It does include the Files app and other apps like Voice Dream Reader, etc. Often, this transfer is handled through the Share option. Just double-tap the Share button and scroll through the menu to see what's available for copying or saving the file. Most of the major cloud storage services, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, etc., can be used to transfer files between iOS devices and Windows. If you can access the files through the iOS Files app, you can transfer it to other cloud storage or use the Windows iCloud Drive to transfer the file. It all depends on the app where the file resides.

Hello,
I'v discovered that all iCloud products on my PC don't work well, if at all, with JAWS for Windows. of course, this is for those of us who can't see at all, so ... pretty much useless in my opinion ... unless you can get it to work with JAWS somehow. I've been trying the touch cursor and no good. if you can help with this, I'd appreciate it when I too, need to transfer files. Also, when I've used a file in Onedrive on my phone and later saw to it on my PC, the file appeare to be deleted and/or otherwise moved. Of course, it hadn't, but ...

I use one drive. They work seamlessly together. Install it on both and you’ll have no problem.

Wow! Thank you so much! I will give that a try. Does it work for music as well then? That is, music that I have downloaded from Apple Music?
Only for apps that support cloud storage

The iCloud Drive doesn't work well with JAWS?
