Tracking iPhone 12 when it’s not on same Apple ID is other devices

Is there any ways I can track where my iPhone 12 went?
Somebody at my mum’s house stole it whilst we had family dramas back in 2022, so when I turn back cancel time, I didn’t have my iPhone 12.
And then when I got my Google pixel seven, me and my mum were using a Galaxy S 21 ultra, and that disappeared straight after I got to pixel seven
And it wasn’t even my fault, I never did anything to any of those phones
Is there a way I can track them when they’re both not on the same ID? And especially if the other part of a dead? The iPhone 12 has everything that I have a Nat thing, from my contacts to my messages, it has everything, and the Galaxy S 21, that has my mums Facebook, that was the last line to my old YouTube channel, that has all my mums photos and videos.
So we have important data on that thing, And especially my old YouTube channel! So is there a way I could possibly try and get these back, or do I have to get myself the same devices?
And somehow, my deactivated prepaid Telstra Sim card has gone to somebody else, the Sim card was on that phone, the iPhone 12, but now, when it got stolen, somehow it got transferred some person Who has the same phone number as me?
How can I get that phone number off him since technically it’s not his sons that number was still linked to my mums account as far as I know, and how do I get those phones back?
