Has anyone used Time Warner's phone to go ap and if so is it accessible? Also, if anyone has used it does the ap include a data plan that can be used with the IPhone or is it just for forwarding calls and other things from your home phone to your cell phone while you're out and about?

Timewarner phone to go app
Hi,
I have used this app but had to remove it from my phone because in my experience it was not accessible on my iPhone with VoiceOver. Although I could log in to use the app, I was not able to check the box that they have to agree to the terms.
This app does not give you a data plan it only allows you to make calls from your timewarner phone number or forward those calls to your phone.

I've used it.
Once past the log in issue, it's mostly usable. It let's you use WiFi to make and receive calls as if you were at home. It did not make those calls using cellular, just WiFi. It does help with WiFi access by connecting to one of thousands of hot spots.
I had a very specific purpose for it when I was travelling to a location I did not want to pay for cell coverage. It worked for that. But, the call quality was poor, and the access issues were annoying.
Phone 2 go app
As the previous poster indicated it is usable after getting thru the initial setup. Since my TWC phone plan includes free calls to Mexico I've used it to call Mexico when I'm not at home. Also I had to call toll free numbers when I was visiting Mexico which usually don't work from outside the U.S. but I was able to call these numbers from the Phone 2 go app. I contacted the developer about the accessibility problems with this app but never received a reply.
