Time stretch in Hokusai

Hello everyone,
I have downloaded Hokusai, and over all find it to be a great app. But, there is one area that is giving me fits. I need to be able to do a time stretch on certain tracks. However, there seems to be no real way to enter exact time desired in hours minutes and seconds. Only a slider, which is not letting me get the precise time I need. It’s really a mess. I’m just wondering if I am missing something here, or is my perception correct? Have any of you figured out a better way to go about this?
