Please let me know if there are any workaround for these below issues. I thought I should not update to the iOS 16, but it happened yesterday night automatically.
1. Unable to access recent apps screen.
When I am using an iphone with voiceover, I am unable to access the recent apps screen but i know the gesture we need to swipe up from bottom of the screen we need to wait for 3 tones , we will be in the recent apps screen. But after updating to IOS 16 recent apps screen is not showing at all. When I restart the Phone i am able to see the recent screen for only once. After that it is behaving same. but to my surprise i can able to access the recent apps screen when i am not using voiceover.
2. Unable to explore the text on the image.
This bug was also found after updating to IOS 16. Before I was able to explore the text in an image like how we are exploring apps on the home screen. I found a solution for this on photos app but that is only working on the photos. I am facing a big issue in outlook. We used to get a lot of information through in the form of images. Now the voiceover is reading the text on an image completely but I am unable to copy a specific word or number to the clipboard. before I was able to explore the text using reading gestures. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.
3. Improve Telugu TTS voice.
Thank You so much for bringing Telugu language TTS in IOS 16. I am able to read telugu text using Indian English siri voice. But it is reading telugu text in an English accent. Because of that I am unable to understand the voice clearly. Please improve the voice quality.

The links which you shared in the comment are really helped me in resolving the first issue. But I am a person with low vision. I am very used to dark mode. If dark mode is not available, I will use inverted colors for that application. Nowadays, I am using smart, invert off for almost more than 10 apps I removed all the smart, invert options there. And also restarted my iPhone now I ca able to see the recent apps option. Can you please tell me how can I use this invert color option. Because this is a very required for me to use phone.
No solution for now
Unfortunately, if you rely on a combination of colour inversion and VoiceOver, you ill have to sacrifice the App Switcher until Apple fixes this bug.
The only sort of workaround is to use 4 finger swipe left or right to move between apps. It's not as efficient as the App Switcher, doesn't work on the Home Screen, and won't allow you to close apps, but for now it's as good as you are going to get.
